I feel great. The unique combination of antioxidants is great for maintaining vitality and good health. I will continue with this regimen. Honestly it says 3 capsules daily but I find that one capsule with your meal is perfect.

I take 8 of the 12 ingredients in this product as separate supplements (yeah, I take like 15 pills a day). With a serving size of three pills per day, this is a 30 day supply. While it might seem expensive, this is only about 1/3 of what I pay separately so for me it's an awesome bargain. It's not the same strengths that I take separately, but I'm willing to overlook that for what I save. Well packaged, lot/expiration clearly printed, and transparent packaging. Well worth the cost.

This is an impressive blend of antioxidant supplements. There are 12 listed on the box, hence, the name ResilienZ-12; however, from what I can tell based on my research, only about 3 (maybe 4?) of the ingredients are in sufficient daily dosage to make a difference. Namely, the ingredients in good amount are curcuma longa (turmeric root) extract, CoQ10, and Trans-Reveratrol. I'm not sure about the dosage for Activated BroccoRaphanin Plus, because it's a proprietary broccoli seed extract, known to be a powerful antioxidant. But all of the ingredients in this supplement are antioxidants.The reason I deducted 1 star is because you have to take 3 capsules a day. I am not fond of supplements that require taking 3x a day. It's a hassle and I often forget. Secondly, the capsules are sort of standard size, maybe a tad bigger? Idk seems that way. I know many people are fine with stand size capsules, but to me, it's a bit difficult swallowing. Again, not an issue for most people. I haven't taken this long enough to discuss the supplement's effectiveness. But I do trust the ingredients.While this is an excellent antioxidant supplement overall, it is pricey. There are 90 capsules in the bottle, but since you're supposed to take 3 a day, this is only for a 30-day supply. If you are serious about improving or maintaining your health, then I recommend you give this a try. After all, it's an investment in your health.

This seems to be a pretty good supplement made with quality ingredients. The capsule is normal sized and easy to take with water. I've had no negative issues taking this supplement for about a week. So far I haven't noticed any immediate differences, keeping in mind that some supplements take a while to show any noticeable results, if any.This supplement is a bit pricey, but for me includes ingredients I take in 3 different pills, so there is an element of savings and convenience. My only comment is the packaging. I found it very hard to read the information on the packaging and bottle. This ResilienZ-12 Antioxidants Supplement is definitely a bit on the pricey side, but if it contains everything on the label then its definitely worth the price. With the directions stating to take 3 capsules a day, this bottle is only a 30 day supply. The capsules are easy to take, no taste or smell, they also didn't bother my stomach at all. I'm not sure how to tell if they are doing anything however my smart watch tells me my antioxidant are "very low" so I'll keep measuring as I take this supplement to see if my watch tells me my levels improve.
