Accessibility Statement

ResilienZ Health wants everyone who visits resilienz12.com to be able to read our content, navigate the site, and shop without obstacles. That includes people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, magnify their screen, or use other assistive technology. This page explains the standard we work toward, what we do to meet it, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

The standard we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, are the most widely used benchmark for making websites usable by people with disabilities. They inform decisions across this site: how pages are structured, how text sits against background colors, how images are described, and how the site behaves when you move through it without a mouse.

What we do in practice

Accessibility here is ongoing maintenance rather than a one-time project. As we build and update the site, we:

  • write descriptive alternative text for images that carry information
  • structure pages with headings so people using screen readers can move through content efficiently
  • check that text has enough contrast against its background to stay readable
  • review published pages on a recurring basis and fix problems we find, starting with anything that interferes with reading or navigation

Where we are still improving

We will not claim a perfect site. With a growing library of articles and product content, a page can still fall short of a guideline here and there. We would rather say that plainly and keep fixing than overstate where things stand. When we find a gap, or a visitor points one out, we assess it and correct what we can.

Third-party content

This site runs on Shopify, and parts of the experience, including checkout and some embedded forms, are built from components we do not fully control. Accessibility is part of how we evaluate the tools we adopt, and when a barrier originates in third-party code we report it to the provider.

Tell us what is not working

If you run into a barrier on this site, we want to hear about it. Email info@resilienzhealth.com with the address of the page and a short description of what happened. A person reads that inbox, and you can expect a reply within a few business days.

If a barrier is keeping you from getting product information or completing an order, say so in your message. We will work with you directly and get you what you need in a format that works for you.
